Management is not a problem in my view. The new SA Mining Act and the new Order Mining Right has delayed this project. Directors have never sold shares to my knowledge. Their fees are modest by comparitive standards. The grant of a Mining Right is the key to improved share price.
Uranium has never been mentioned in any announcement.
The same management's performance with ALD has been excellent - no mucking around with construction. Civil contracting is their other game.
If they can't get Xolobeni up, then I won't invest in African project for a long long time - sovereign risk! A rolling stone gathers (little or) no moss. Hang in and be patient until Mining Right is determined.
