I'm very doubtful of that......have just been taking details from Co. ann's re becoming substantial and ceasing to be substantial holders, + a few others.

Lets start Sept 06...
SPP 30.979m @ .866c...what is interesting here is that at that time, KIM only had 354,195,278 on issue! I suspect that major holders are becoming jacked off with the dilution! (Merril Lynch, AMP, JPM)

4th Dec 06...
30m placed @ 85c to sophisticateds.

11th Dec 06...
AMP becomes a bigger subst holder...27.98m up to 39.35m...shares purchased Jul to Dec 06....prices paid range from 86.8c to 94.9c. (did not do them all but that's a good representation).

29th Jan 07...
JP Morgan Chase & Co become a subst holder...(move to over 5%)....paid from 74c to 108c for purchases.

20th Feb 07.....
JPM & Co cease to be a subst holder.....(fall below 5%)

28th Feb 07....
JPM & Co become a subst holder...(move over 5%)...purchases from Oct 06 to Feb 07...JPM (UK) biggest addition (and holder of group)...bought 1.9m @ 105c and 2.12m @ 74C...that's an avg of 88.65c/sh.

JPM & Co looking like the typical honeymoon couple at this point!!!

Merril Lynch cease to be a subst holder.....no prices given in notice...stated TBA!

10th May 07....
Nicholas Mathys becomes a subst holder....25.327m purchased 2006 to 2007 (mths not specified)...paid out $21,591,090 for them...avg of 85.3c/sh.

12th Jul 07....
PM & Co cease to be a subst holder.....(JPM(UK) sold .948m on 14 May @ 74c, and 4.628m on 12 July @ 54c. (holding drops to 16.423m, or 4.17%).

AMP had 18.7m left in mid June, JPM & Co had 16.4m left after 12th July, and we do not know how many Nicholas Mathys has left, but can assume he is still a subst holder as we have seen no notice to the contrary.

Look at all the prices paid.......does 70c seem like an offer they would accept, even 80c??

It's seeming more and more like we'll all get a big surprise tomorrow!
