No. Placements are done to sophisticated investors because they're quicker, easier and cheaper so companies prefer to raise that money that way. AVZ has typically done placements but we have to wait until Wednesday to find out if there is any offering to shareholders (unlikely, so don't hold your breath). And if you qualified to be a sophisticated investor, you would know. So if you're unsure, you're not.
