    VWAP aside, if  the CR is at a discount or premium to the last SP close of 8.8 cents, the range of CR values are listed below.

    A 15% premium would put the CR at say 10 cents, but a 15% discount would put the CR at 7.5 cents. Hopefully the CR will be somewhere in that range and with no cheap  options attached.
