I dont understand why you dont just ring the share registry and identify the company and holding pertaining to you.
It is well known I thought that the broker accounts feed off the information transmitted from the registry to the broker account. Its all automated. Whilst not a fan of Westpac it was seamless and even after there was an error after I converted, I just rang the registry where it was corrected and bang, it updated in my portfolio with Westpac.
