Far in its pursuit of a PE deal,since the 30 day expiry.WPL are standing firmly behind COP.
CN's positive Banging on about arbitration win,is IMO, a feeble ploy to seek dialogue, along with the new WPL friendly board member,for an out of court settlement, or sale.
Also,the 2018 drilling campaign, was always to be expected, as the exploration faze of the 3 permit's expire on the 6th of Feb 2019.
The JV must circle exploitation projects and drop the remaining lease area of permits.
So,Far has known this for a long time,and will have to participate with the JV drill decisions.
