the issue is not whether people should have been holding aex .... I havent, but have bought oppies yesterday and today the issue should be .... is there are reasonable belief that this level is good buying for short/medium term gains versus the risk of holding a stock that has had less than brilliant management.

I believe the risk reward here is compelling for those who have a few k from other winners to punt with ..

reason:

1. has traded in a band for some time now despite all the delays and false starts.
2. management have appointed a very credentialled ceo
that hints at a bigger picture
3. mlx is booming
4. DD drilling has been a joke, and the project almost discounted from a traders viewpoint. anything even remotely like a resource on the ground and it will be a pleasant surprise to some
5. backers have shown they can move this stcok when they want to. why hasnt it moved up ahead of results ??? because everyone is in ?? why hasnt it moved down ?? because no one wants out ??? ... again, backers only make money when it moves. I expect them to ensure it does.
6. guinea leases offer 'wow' factor at some stage
7. U and gold are not getting cheaper.
