Even if they had of taken the entire placement at 85c that's still only 4.2%, they dont have to disclose anything....

i disagree, i actually think they will go above 5% and would be most surprised if this doesnt happen in coming weeks /months...... $12m investment for this fund is peanuts..... imo if the name was out im as sure we would be well north of 85c....

I cant understand why anyone sees this transaction as a negative... if this is the start of institutional support which ultimately drives the sp north then im all for it....
