But why not take more cheaper 85c cent shares during the placement, rather than buy on market after announcing your possible intention to build a larger stake.
There's nothing negative about the announcement, but it seems it's not as positive as the market was expecting. In theory, you just have had a global fund buy in at a premium, yet the SP is currently trading below that price. I don't recall many CR's which have had this response when a premium is paid.
