yes you're correct about Destra benefiting from the PRT & Becker group tie up plus other area's as well!
The missing link for destra once they own 100% of MPH is QFX - as they already have a working interest of 19.99% in qfx its only a matter of time untill they own 100% in a friendly take over (IMO) giving the directors of qfx shares in destra as per the mph deal!
