Did it ever occur to you that some people make terrible bosses ? They might have been great at starting the business , inventing the idea or whatever , and absolutely shite at dealing with people .
Think of it as how you talk to your missus . If you yell at her and order her to do things you will get very poor service in return .
How is it the bosses problem ? Because you get the hiring wrong from the get go . You hire bad people and complain that it's someone else's fault .
Smarter companies analyze who they hire so that they get the right people .
