Hey mate..

Had a quick dig around can't confirm for you, to be honest I never looked at amount of fully diluted shares with EPT.
Personally still learning everyday about investing, I stick to some golden rules.

• Must be world disruptive
• Brilliant management team
• Little to no competitors
• Clear commercial pathway
• High profit business model

I stay clear of commodities, exploration etc etc...imo products that can be delivered only using a smartphone & artificial intelligence will change the way treatment is delivered & its where the medical world is going for the foreseeable future.
Telehealth for example will save billions pa worldwide, countries like the US are spending almost 16% of the total budget on health, 3.2 trillion I think?...the medical treatment tide is changing...
