    There are quite a few media releases that imply cultivation should be underway by now but nothing concrete.

    AFAIK you need a permit to even begin sourcing the seed stock and growing equipment etc .... so it would seem odd that they do not already have a permit to cultivate.

    I'm not even sure if it is something that would be announced formally, maybe more of a formality? Getting the license is the hard part.

    Ann due today? Perhaps related.
