Volatility is increasing with price expansion in the VIX since my long call last week in the low 9's (I just got in 6hrs before the initial spike)

For mine it's worth keeping an eye on this for tells on the broader market.

Vols been crushed recently - visible in the US / Aus indices (A lot instos focused on relative value & mean reversion strat which has been increasing in popularity for some time).
