Yes i was going to ask @Aptayl the same question, my reading of recent announcement (31/7) indicated to me that nothing had yet been lodged. Given the time we have been in suspension, I would have thought lodgement of proposal to lift suspension would be worthy of an announcement if not a price sensitive one. I couldn't imagine and I would be disappointed that they would lodge without notifying shareholders as this would not reflect well on the company as we would be thinking delay was on their behalf when it would be in the ASX hands.
I cant see us relisting this week, as I'm assuming paperwork has not been lodged yet and when it does it will take a few days for them to review as I believe there will be a number of matters to consider.
Today is the 9th, an update by FRiday would be appreciated.
