Your educated guess is very correct. The facts are the EPA already have a VIC statewide focus already implemented just recently ( before the programme) with an EPA officer allocated to every council in Victoria. Lawyers are completing there rounds to each council as we speak.
Illegal tips have been identified within 25km of Nagambie and being investigated. Lots more to come.
Rather than talking about individual cases, look at the big picture and how this will effect the upcoming contract awards. That's where you will find the answers. Contractors will be looking to be whiter than white whilst all the focus is on them. Timing is everything, make up your own mind.
