    I am interested in this re-tender as this has only appeared on Hot Copper.
    From my understanding, we have already submitted our applications.
    As no other party has a SAA, how can there be a re-tender ??
    You cannot tender without a SAA or do you have conflicting info ??
    From my understanding, only Axiom could possibly be in the running for a successful application.
