Given tomorrow is 8 weeks from the close of the NLC legal review tender (The maximum project length). Depending on the length of time between the close and award of tender + review of the tender results, I can't see there being any need for management to take the time for an Indian project update just because a few people on an internet forum are getting impatient... I would guess there will be an announcement anywhere from Monday to the end of the month.
I for one appreciate all the work that management have done to date and look forward to the coming announcements.
