A substantial shareholder noticefiled today - after the market closed - shows that Kerry Matthew Stokes/et al (? the =bloke who sold Ch7 for $3.2 billion) is now a 40.3% holder in IOH with 30 million shares.
If not a takeover it's certainly worth a couple of board seats to Stokes & co and shows someone (other than me) has some confidence in IOH.
