SP reached 330c April. 10april announcement 'JV intend to get into production ASAP' 1st May CEO Sutherland said 'we hope to become the 5th uranium mine in Aust- this effectively now clears the way for our project' 3may07 Founding Directors Rebecca Holland-Kennedy & Norman Kennedy both exercised 2mil Dec07 options@20c then 9May both disposed 500k shares off market transfer @252cps, sold 20k on market @286cps (Strange, as only reached 286 on market on 4 days, 10,11,12,13 april & 30april?)
12july07 Director Harris sold on market 50k@175 on market.
Current SP 161cps & been down to 158cps.
Well overdue for some positive updates on progress here, and a bit of a worry directors would sell any shares for any reason, even to fund purchase of options, if prospects as good and as near term as indicated? And why ex options 7 months early unless you want to sell at current price? Can anyone enlighten me on this or correct me if I am wrong.
