"CAV is the best stock on the market.
Take a look at the Moly price latley. That is why CAV is rocking."
Think you're getting carried away there choock.
Unfortunately, no, it's not the best stock on the market...it hasn't even got a defined resource as yet, or even put a drillbit in the ground so how can it be. It's got some very good and promising projects in the pipeline...but the most theyv'e done on any of the projects are some airborne magnetic surveys, a trench or two, and possibly a few soil and rock chip samples.....so there is a LONG LONG way to go here.
Clearly, CAV is appreciating because of the options deal....and hence why there are no shares on offer. Who's going to be stupid enough to sell at this point, knowing that the options deal will be announced sometime within the next seven trading days....FAS, NTU, and any other number of stocks rose dramatically before the announcements of their options deals....the story is no different here, except to say that the CAV options deal is even more appealing because of the one for one basis, whereas other stocks have, for the most part, offered a one for two, or even less....so naturally it would make CAV's shareprice appreciate even more.It even becomes self-perpetuating....
the higher the stock goes---> the greater the difference between the strike and share price--->the more eager people become to acquire it, and the less likely holders are to relinquish it---->driving the shareprice UP.
.....and the cycle goes on until it reaches a point where the risk becomes too great.
Rest assured, as with FAS or NTU and others, CAV will most definately drop after the ex-date, and drop substantially I would think.
I hold a considerable position in this stock, the vast majority acquired from 50c through to 70c, with a few extra at a dollar....so, it is not in my interest to discredit CAV...but to say it is the best stock on the market is WAY over the top.
CAV is a well-managed company, with several promising projects in a resource-rich country....that is a reasonable assessment.
The options deal is just a little extra cream.
