I'm not quite sure which question you were seeking thoughts on?

My thoughts on the general statement is that if one were to construct an excel cashflow statement with historical data, and then plug in some assumptions for growth & costs over the next few quarters it's possible to experiment with the minimum level of growth & cost control required to avoid the CR that the market is in freak out mode over.

Of course one needs to make some assumptions (based on history, anecdotal evidence, discussions with the company etc etc) in order to do that, and you would need to question the valididity or what the likelihood of those assumptions being correct are.

If you go through this excercise, you will see that "It doesn't take much to hit break even to fund ourselves from operating cash flows". Once you recognize this I guess you just need to question whether you have faith in (new) management & the BOD to be effective stewards of shareholder capital and hit the numbers in your assumptions.

Thus far, I have seen what I consider to be a reasonable balance between spending to support growth and near term revenue opportunities, and cost control. We will see the tangible benefit of the former soon and can all decide whether the decision to invest in 3D product development was worth it.

I suggest everyone gets out an excel spreadsheet and starts playing with it. Makes you more comfortable realizing that the growth required to sustain ourselves without a CR is really quite achievable.
