Hi themuppet. I'm in NZ also and don't yet have the refund cheque either. As above, I suspect we'll be a few days behind everyone else. In last year's cap raising the refund cheque turned up so I'm reasonably confident there won't be any issues this time either. Looking forward to hearing Ken speak in Auckland next week at the Read Corporate event. Cheers
