Ann: Nationwide MRR Contract Signed, page-47

My main takeaway from the presentation:
- 15 large insurers from Aus, North America, Asia in sales discussion
- 2 F100 "household names" in contract negotiation where things become very commercially sensitive so confidentiality is maintained. Both have increased scope of work from one state to entire U.S and have asked for new pricing and scaling model
- 5clients in trial implementation aim is to get all 5 into MRR. Majority of them will be in MRR by end of year. The process from implementation to MRR should be more efficient now taking about 3months, especially since theyve passed Nationwide's security testing.
- 1 Client (Nationwide) in MRR as the ann suggests. This is only for one line of business, the relationship is strong as ever and theyll want flamingo in other lines of business's. One step at a time, once they go live here theyll pursue the other opportunities with Nationwide each with its own contract (= more $$), and since they have the Master Services Agreement the procurement process is very straight forward each time they pursue another line of business.
