"If Li was in extremely short supply the prices of the lithium developers and producers on ASX and other stock exchanges would be rising and rising"
You are implying this has not happened?
Please go and do some research - have a look at the graphs since Jan 2016 of the Lithium producers and explorers. You will find your statement pretty much wrong. I would post the details but will not be bothered. I am not here to teach you. Just want to point out incorrect statements.
Also, Australia has a long history of raising funds for development of our natural resources (including gold) by many means and especially from OS sources. Not sure where you are going with that argument.
This is not about gold vs lithium for most here. The fact that the MC of all these lithium plays combined is in the billion$ and growing fast should suggest to you that you may be on the wrong side of history potentially, but definitely on the wrong side of what the market thinks at present.
I have not been a long term holder of AVZ but have hopped in/out quite a few times. Its been very good to me, this baby. Seriously thinking about hanging around for a while considering the deposit size and likely strategy of a sale. Would not be interested if they were going to try and mine this elephant. Too complicated and risky for me. That doesn't mean it's not a worthwhile proposition. Just doesn't fit my investment profile.
Good luck all holders. Hopefully join you soon.
