Yep, it's 100% true.
It's currently an unlisted company that will be floating around October.
They bought their stake directly from MAPSA in the 2nd half of last year.
The market seems to think that SRK owns 100% of these tenemants but it's not true, AUSINCA currently owns around 27% and once all options are exercised etc, will hold NO less than 24% of the entire tenemants. It'll be a quality float to get on that's for sure!!!
