dfusion tend to agree with your sentiments, the thing with patents is only 1 in 500 make a commercially positive outcome. However their is considerable marketing value in unproven patents and a business can gets it legs which these patents hold marketing value. Our key sales exec didn't jump ship to an highly speculative minnow without placing some serious credibility around XPED's technology. AIMHO
