Michael Shields is a wealthy WA-based investor, coming from a farming/agriculture background. Had 20M shares on the IAM register last year - from memory, he's a mate of MW also.
I wouldn't read too much in to this, TBH. He probably had some seed investment or bought in very early on in the SRT acquisition process. People worth $50M+ don't need to hold on for 1000% gains - a tidy 400-500% increase on 20M shares will do just fine!
