Mr Q, I agree the financials are very important, but so is placing a value on the stock based on the most common method, PE x a multiple. My point is no matter what the SP, you never ever think it's good value or worth buying which is very frustrating given how their EPS even lifted to a very tidy 1.26c basic EPS.

I challenge you to tell us tragics what you recon the stock is worth after you see the financials and basic EPS. Not in the future, but at the time you assess the audited results. It can be as conservative as you like, but at least others can decide whether your SP value is fair or too low. Just as they can look at mine which looks forward with a conservative multiple.

Right now they must be trading at a PE of around 8-10 depending on the actual EPS which in my view is way too low after the update which indicates their EBITDA will rise from $5.3 mil and NPAT this FY will do the same without the ordinary write downs which are likely in the last FY numbers due soon.

An EPS this FY of around 1c is quite achievable which places the stock at 20c (at some stage this FY) IMO based on a conservative industry multiple. I don't give a rats about OS expansion costs as this EPS will take into consideration all sorts of costs.

Marketing is a proper and lucrative way to obtain income from big companies who want to achieve absolute targeted campaigns at a very low cost which will set MBE on a new, de-risked and sustainable trajectory to much success IMO.
