Hey Sems.
What are the main reasons someone manipulate DGR down pre takeover? DGRs price would be of immediate material importance.....Although if SOLG shares were locked up and bidder might not be able to manipulate SOLG price down all that much, then they might be able to push DGR price down (especially with all the option conversion), that way DGR holders are keen for the takeover???
But Nick is in charge of both at the end of the day so maybe something Im missing??.
