Mike agree with your general view on management responsibility. Bottom line is they are responsible for the Company and that in part that includes the SP as will influence funding, current and new JV opportunities and a whole range of other thing and yes as pointed out by others their is no obligation/responsibility to buy/support the Company. However, they should be judged on the whole package of FAR and one has to wonder with all the success reported whats the plan and timelines and actual deliverables.

So in summary great technical exploration management but certainty room for improvement and one gets the idea at times they buy in a little too much to all the back slapping that goes on.
