The response from GS is below and although we didn't receive answers I think he and perhaps the board can take something away from our correspondence. I feel it was worthwhile.

Thanks you for your interest and taking the time to compile these questions.


However, whilst we appreciate shareholders’ wish to obtain the detailed information requested, I will not attempt to answer any of these questions for the reasons below.


Quite apart from the fact a number of the questions are either speculative, subjective or commercially very sensitive and therefore are questions which we would never attempt to answer, an email to a selected group of investors is not an appropriate method for a listed public company to distribute information to the market. As I am sure you appreciate, public companies have a strict obligation to keep the market fully informed, and we are acutely aware of this obligation and the importance of announcements being both sufficiently detailed and timely to achieve this. Over time, I anticipate that answers to some of your questions may become apparent from future announcements or financial statements, but I cannot say which questions this relates to or when it may occur.


I believe, and trust many shareholders would agree, the company under the present board and management has come a long way, particularly over the past three years, towards achieving our goal of creating a successful company that brings value to shareholders, and I assure you that we are continuing, and will continue to work towards achieving this broad objective as best we are able, subject always to whatever fluctuations in market conditions may prevail from time to time.
