Haha...they are busy working out a cheap imitation based on the MABR systems they already have. I really don't think they are going to approve a non native company supplying the most essential of life giving forces....water. This is why the certification hasn't come. They may buy more but won't put the official seal of approval on the process.
Better to look at all the other regions of the world....start with governmental contracts in Ethiopia and South American countries.
