Regardless of the veracity of RAP's accusations - shouldn't their "clean-up" of this mess be more vigorous? The anticipated timeline of November this year to restart trials suggest that they'll finish (at the earliest) around end of Q1 next year but judging from this initial fiasco; they'll probably finish Q2 if we're lucky. Shouldn't they be burning the candle from both ends to expand trial sites and hence patient numbers to shorten the trial timeline? It might not be viable given the administrative minefield but at the very least try to squeeze as many patients into this second trial as possible to ensure the shortest timeline.

Even if it was impossible to expand sites (I'm sure there's quite a bit of red tape) - do Americans not contract pneumonia in June? Sure it's not winter but why wait three months when all the logistics are already in place? The "reset" process shouldn't be arduous considering what's already happened so instead of waiting a whole season - I don't know why they can't just jump back into the fray ASAP.

End of the day; RAP management &#@%ed up so moving at high speed and low drag to get us back in play is a good apology as well as presenting us a solution to a problem that should never have happened.

Don't need a rush job, they have to get it right next time because investors would disappear if it happened again.
