Here is my spin leading up to the meeting at Sydney. I went into the meeting unhappy about the company's position about a minimum 1mt jorc to satisfy Yantai. But gradually became comfortable and excepting to the proposal that Brad had constructed based on other priorities and being frugal with time and money. Apart from this Brad, noted that we have between 5mt to 10mt of high grade Lithium at North Aubury alone and this is excluding the rest of Seymour and other tenements. Which, was a sign of relief to me.
Some of the traits that I look for in a director are being: Innovative; a Visionary; Responsible; Strategical and Prudent. Brad possess all these qualities and has the ability to marry all these traits with his intellectual; Logical; Practical and above all his Critical thinking abilities that stands out to running our company and business. We are in safe hands.
In one's career life there are two important questions that one should take note of to be employed. One is WHY and the other HOW. Because you will see that the one's that know WHY will always be the boss and the one's that know HOW will always have a job. Brad is unique, he possess both of these as well, further a more he is wise and humble.
The approach Brad is taking to building this company is distinctive and the market intellects are behaving like stunned mullets that's because the company is doing it with tenacity and vigour to go into production. At this point I believe the Fundamentals are at play.
To me I see two people with high critical thinking abilities, one is Brad and the other is Insaf. I see Brad as the one for F.A's and Insaf for the T.A's. The F.A's and T.A's both have their place. Brad / Insaf are both right in their own perspective.
I would like to expand on the analogy that Insaf put forth earlier in posts: Quote '' Seymour is dangerous - its like the stunning chic in the club who gives you cues, makes you think you have a chance and at a certain time the outcome good be either way - I definitely would wanna end up with mrs palmer!''
Well the way I see it is that company has taken it to the next level of building a productive relationship with this stunning chic (Seymour) and building a mining company that will be producing (F.A's) and what is left is T.A's with mrs Palmer master baiting feeling good and being spat at while not being productiveby producing.
In this pool of share holders we have investors here with different agendas/motives; investment time frame this could be due to age; health issues or financial reasons; etc, which could influence one's investing strategies.
The only way to be fair in the short; medium and long term for share holders is to increase our M.C and attract Insto's to be involved which in turn would reflect to a higher share price. thus, leaving everyone happy. Everyone could invest or exit depending on their profile risk; time frame and personnel reasons.
At this stage, to start thinking of the company paying dividends is out of the question and never part of my plan. This is still a penny stock in development. So, I rather the management use the profits on further exploration; increasing resources; acquisitions and diversification that is complimentary to each other to further increase our M.C and add value to our share-price, without dilution.
I would consider ADV position as comparable to that of a ship at this stage. Slow to get moving but when it starts, it will be hard to stop. At the moment all the preparations; paper work; clearances; approvals and ground work is been done. This I would like to see done or complete in the next 6 months. I would start to get excited when I see the anchors been pulled up and the ship being tugged out to sea. I would really be ecstatic once I see this ship pick up speed and at full throttle and the rest is history. Heeeehaaaa. I SEE HAPPY DAYS. LETS MAKE SOME MONEY.
NOTE: What I would like see in the short term in regards to jorcing up our resource to increase our M.C. If our plant is at Seymour and Brad as noted that there is between 5mt to 10mt at North Aubury, then why can't we put the second rig up there to speed the process/ increase our jorc and M.C all with the one stone, which would immediately reflect on the share price. Instead, of having our rig elsewhere in Seymour. I hope the initial is the case rather than the later. Or am I missing something?
