I listened with amazement at the reasons the trial did not go as planned the only conclusion I can draw is stunned disbelief that the management has not resigned so many fundamental mistakes it boggles the mind

Firstly even the most basic programs have a demo mode
Secondly low frequency background noise are they serious .....people we live in the digital era background noise is a fact of life
Thirdly other human noises including coughing ,speaking etc last time I looked we are selling a mobile application if we needed total silence we would be selling locked rooms instead....... at the very least a means of isolating external noise
Lastly why were the Australian trials not conducted under the same conditions as the trials in the states

Instead of patting each other on the back and counting there bonuses management should have paid more attention to detail and basic common sense
Instead investors have lost millions and the project is delayed by a year
