I say do another raise with another offer for shareholders and do stage 2 alone. Approach a top tier battery producer for stage 3 funding/partnership similar to ORE and Toyota. 15k tonnes per annum.
Re-reading notes yesterday I came across something I had completely forgotten - Alurralde has drilled roughly 10 holes in the southern part of Rincon Salar in the late 80's with his company Acuterra. (I believe these ponds are on the southern edge of the salar?)
And he actually did his thesis on the conventional method of extraction from Rincons brine.
