1223. dia dee-ah' a primary preposition denoting the channel of an act; through (in very wide applications, local, causal, or occasional):--after, always, among, at, to avoid, because of (that), briefly, by, for (cause) ... fore, from, in, by occasion of, of, by reason of, for sake, that, thereby, therefore, X though, through(-out), to, wherefore, with (-in). In composition it retains the same general importance.

The Scriptures make it clear that after having created Jesus, God created all other things “DIA” Jesus. - Col 1:15,16
Jesus was the "channel" through which God did the creating. Jehovah's power was with Jesus to do the creating so it was Jehovah who was the Creator. In just the same way it was Jehovah's holy spirit that did healing through (“DIA”) Jesus. Again Jesus was the channel through which the healing was done.
(Luke 5:17) On one of those days while he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the Law who had come out of every village of Galʹi·lee and Ju·deʹa and from Jerusalem were sitting there; and Jehovah’s power was with him to do healing.

All creatures in the heavens worship Jehovah as the Creator.
(Revelation 4:10, 11) the 24 elders fall down before the One seated on the throne and worship the One who lives forever and ever, and they cast their crowns before the throne, saying: 11 “You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”

Jehovah has in turn bestowed great honor on his Son (the Lamb).
(Revelation 5:13) And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all the things in them, saying: “To the One sitting on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing and the honor and the glory and the might forever and ever.”
