A lack of an announcement by the close of business on the very first day that we could possibly receive an announcement, is not exactly a guarantee that all h*ll has broken loose.
Sometimes I think it's too easy for all of us to forget that there is a real business here with real people working day in and day out. And that because of that things take time. Easy to forget that sometimes something as simple as if the guy at L1 who approves the debt call request is out with the flu tomorrow, we could see a several day delay on this - and everything is still OK.
