Jules and Andrew sounded VERY positive on the investor conference call (as they have earned the right to be). It is truly a transformational acquisition.
They also confirmed that they can utilise current tax losses on the balance sheet. i.e NRW will be paying no tax for 2-3 years.
Wish I could take up the entire placement myself! It will be an absolute cracker.
