This what the NZ Interior Minister actually said:

' Mr Joyce this morning revealed the NZ High Commissioner contacted him last Thursday to say he might be a New Zealand citizen by descent, because his father was born there.' Where does the word definitely appear; clearly only in that which sits, rather precariously, above your neck.

'It is still up to the High Court to interpret what that means under our own constitution, and whether Mr Joyce is disqualified from office.'
