Twiggy is a big fish no doubt. Big fish has some friends who want to start up a bio tech company but alas have no money. They ask the big fish to cornerstone the company with an initial investment but big fish is no fool, he's an ex stock broker who knows all tricks. Big fish agrees but says he's not going to take a loss as he knows how risky it is.

"No worries" say big fish's friends, when the little fish see your name on the register they will jump straight in the net which they did with great gusto. "If Twiggy's in then I'm in" they said to themselves and in they hopped.

Then after the a while when all the fish are in and chattering amongst themselves with excitement at how smart they were the share price moves up on no news to $1.80 pre consolidation and guess what? By some stroke of luck or maybe it's great business nouse the big fish backs up the truck and dumps close to half his holdings at the top thus getting his money back maybe some profit and a free carry with the rest. From there on in the rot set in.
