We had coffee together and what he has said makes sense .. If FIL is buying RAP will might make it.. with new US management and money ..If FIL is selling than .02 here we come.. either way RAP needs 5 million more dollars to get to 2019 .. and they need to file bronchitis to FDA to start the long road back to credibility or the the don't and it's the short road to oblivion
