Exactly SP,

I have not been in this stock for close to 3 years to go out with a wimpy takeover.

I hope they found a couple of major holes but it does not look this is the case. They have kept us up to date so I can't see a major upgrade ann. so close to last updates. I hope I am very wrong and they have been keeping their powder dry all this time.

The so called "insiders" on this thread are calling a T/over ann. but then again I have heard this for the last few major ann.

Also to have trading halt until Friday means it is likely takeover negotiations needed this extra time to be finalised.

A further placement is unlikely at this stage.
