I put the following down to the management structure, and how it is set up for certain people with no way of getting value back to shareholders. Anyway what I think is a problem with DGR is it reacts to news in a quite unbalanced way:
Good news from multiple subs, and you'll reach the giddying highs of 16 cps (way overvalued IMO, but I've said my piece)
No news for a while: you'll trend down to 8 - 10 cps
Bad news from anywhere: you'll be wishing for the 10 cps takeover I talked about
