That confusers me to. I believe the CSM board's reccomendation in the Palinghurst offer of $3.30 cash is one factor to why its keeping down, however it doesn't explain why it didn't reach $3.70 when TTY first put the offer on the table.

We got 2 lions chasing the one big fat wilder beast. I bought some CSM because I only see upside in this stock. Ball is now in TTY's court.

I've also held TTY since 50cents!
