Interesting, similar in stated intent to BOM/CHZ - I also note the Talor Collinson connection in the top 20.
Interesting mix on the board with a bent to acquisition. However, saying that the tenements are quite interesting and you would think that would keep them busy - Spring Hill could provide early results (relative to the rest of the projects that is).
However, with 63,500,000 shares and 7,250,000 options the current fully dilluted mkt. cap. of ~ $16 m is slightly higher than that of CHZ and BOM (the quality of their initial tenements looks better though at first glance) when they initially listed.
Will place it on my watch list, but given the small premium now placed on the stock from the subscription price will be interesting to see what transpires if it falls below $0.20 (may then take a while to recover and gain any momentum).
