What makes you think this is impossible?
Holders at the time,when it comes, will need to muster up together and make all votes count. This will include ensuring that all forms are correctly filled in and not wasted because given half a chance, all votes cast not being 100% will not count.
Secondly, a new BOD will need to be voted in after a 50% no vote from original no voters.
We have the numbers now to call an EGM and for a board spill motion to be put forward..........Many have not answered my call to disclose Share holding and I am sure when the time comes they will make their intentions clear. A 2nd strike is almost a given IMO and that's when the fight begins. Now do tell why you believe we might fail in our attempt?
