All these people who have already resigned because of their ineligibility to sit, should have to pay back ALL their wages, superannuation, perks, travel etc.
They have been there under false pretences.
This is FRAUD on the Australian taxpayer.
Every member that has ever sat in the Australian parliament should now be carefully examined, starting with all current ones and then working back, and wherever this has occurred, the same penalty should apply.
No mercy, until every singe living one of them is scrutinised.
It's our Money, it's our Parliament, and it's our Constitution.
Get on with it Malcolm, show some balls and set up a Royal Commission into this whole matter.
