I am Dumbfounded.
I know the market is irrational, but how can this stock be trading at 12 cents.
Am I missing something.
Coking coal prices sit today at USD196 ( plus we get a premium ) so at the current exchange rate that is NZD270.
So we have a profit of NZD 130 per tonne.
So BT mining in 12 months will show a profit of over NZD150 million ( including domestic coal ) our share ( Bathurst ) NZD 97.5 million.
I guess I will just keep buying till market wakes up.
